About Aura

You can't feel alive in a self
you won't let yourself be.

I know this the way you only know something you've lived.

Living Proof

Everything I teach, love taught me first.

The first time I sang to my son in a crowded room, my voice shook. I stuttered for part of my childhood, and for a long time I was nervous to speak — I wanted so badly to get it right. I even chose ballet, a world where you are seen and not heard. But my son is non-speaking and autistic, and singing was how I reached him. So I sang. In grocery stores, in waiting rooms, in front of strangers — embarrassed, certain I was being judged, sure I didn't sound good. None of it mattered, because he needed it. There was nothing to decide — love simply moved me.

That is when I understood the thing I now build my life around: love is the most powerful force for transformation there is. Love is what gave me my voice. And later it was love — a love so deep it asked everything of me — that made me willing to face my own shadows, to learn how to truly communicate, to become more honestly myself. We don't change because we are told to. We change because we love.

I couldn't feel alive in a self I wouldn't let myself be.

Here is what love has taught me: love is truth. You cannot truly love without daring to be vulnerable with what is real — and when truth is alive and flowing between two people, that energy is divine. It is the very current of life.

I have felt that current since I was a little girl at the edge of the ocean, sensing the energy of the water and a quiet knowing inside me. That knowing has been the thread of my whole life, and my deepest devotion has been to stay true to it — to keep choosing the spiritual path even when it was hard, and to meet what is with gratitude and joy.

My way to this work was never one doorway, but many. A magical, spiritual childhood that was also threaded with trauma. The discipline and devotion of ballet, where I first learned the body as an instrument. The honest reckoning with my own triggers, and the full self-responsibility it asked of me. The road to feeling empowered and healthy in my own sexuality. The ending of a marriage. And then meeting my beloved, where so much of me finally integrated — where I found a real path of healing and could stand authentic and embodied in myself. I became even more fully me than I had ever been, landing newly into my purpose, my mamahood, my friendships, my love — my brightest self.

I didn't think my way there. I felt my way — through breath, through sounding, through pleasure as practice, through reuniting with my own body. My nervous system released patterns I had carried since I was young, and I could finally meet my beloved from clarity instead of from the wound.

It takes courage to feel — to risk the truth, to let yourself be seen. That is where love expands and eros awakens.

I learned to love myself and to become safety in my own body first — and from there I became the embodied invitation, the example for my partner to lean in and choose that for himself too. We learned from each other, and committed to the transformation of ourselves and our love, with real and powerful tools. We learned to hold two truths living side by side — each spoken without accusation, each held with compassion. It was never about who was right; it was about what was true. We learned how to see each other fully — to witness one another's experience with compassion, not taking it personally. And when truth flowed freely between us, our sexual connection became even deeper and stronger.

We didn't always get it right — and it was beautiful, because it was simply what was. When you can trust that, there is grace in all of it. Pain and challenge are not the enemy; they are our greatest teachers and our truest allies, gifts of awareness and healing. You don't reach joy by skipping the hard feelings; you reach it by feeling them all — letting every one of them be welcome in the body.

Our love is our greatest path of becoming.

This is why I am living proof — not because I have arrived, but because it is a daily practice, and I devote myself to it: to my own becoming, and to the becoming of others. I do the work so that I can show up authentic and clear — in the silence of solo dark retreats, in meditation and embodiment practice, in deep medicine journeys, and just as much in pleasure practice, in erotic embrace with my love, and in joyful gatherings with my community and friends. The depth and the delight, both. I am here, in the most humble and wholehearted way I know, to help us heal.

This work isn't about escaping your life. It's about coming fully alive inside it.

The Lineage

A lifetime of practice lives in my hands — and in how I listen.

None of it was a career plan. It was a long apprenticeship to one truth: the body knows what the mind keeps negotiating away. When we follow the path of the body, we learn to truly be present with what is, and to trust that life is unfolding for us. This is how we become fully vulnerable, and can fully love — ourselves, and another.

A Lifelong Seeker

The spiritual path came before everything else. Raised in a spiritual household, meditating since I was four — devotion, meditation, and visualization have always been my native ground.

The First Language

I danced with New York City Ballet — where I learned the discipline and the cost of the body as an instrument, the difference between performing aliveness and feeling it, and the sheer beauty of devotion to a craft. The body expresses everything we feel — which is exactly what we do in love.

Attuning to the Body

Two decades teaching yoga, alongside ortho-sports massage, Reiki, and energy healing. I learned to attune not only to my own body and its shifting frequencies, but to another's — and to hold the energy of a whole room: a field where everyone feels safe, supported, and seen.

Breath & Release

Breathwork trained through Dan Brulé, and fascial maneuvers in the Human Garage lineage — listening to the body speak, and learning the slow dance of unwinding the stories and feelings trapped within it.

The Wound & the Way

Trauma-informed somatic practice — learning to love what protects us, instead of working against it, so truth can finally move.

The Sacred & the Erotic

Certified through Layla Martin's VITA path — sacred sexuality rooted in tantric and Taoist wisdom, where eros becomes a path of devotion, not just pleasure.

Mamahood

Mamahood — my greatest teacher of all. Raising my sons, including one who is non-speaking, taught me a quality of presence and attunement no certification ever could: to hold calm in the middle of challenge, and to trust the body to say everything words leave out.

The Work

Love is not a feeling you fall into. It's a capacity you build in the body.

Someone has to lead in love — not from ego, not keeping score, but by choosing to become safety first, in your own body, so the one you love is invited to lean in. Everything I teach begins there. And everything I teach, I have lived.

TRUTH TRUST VULNERABILITY love

The Sacred Triangle

It begins with the courage to feel, and to speak what is true. Truth moves into vulnerability; vulnerability earns trust; trust opens love; and love, fully lived, awakens eros — desire, vibrancy, joy, the whole current of being alive.

The real skill is holding two truths at once: saying what you feel without it landing as accusation, and receiving your partner's truth without defending. Not who is right or wrong — but what is real, spoken safely, and met with compassion.

Do you want to be right, or do you want to be love?

The triangle is held in three hands:

Self-ResponsibilityOwning what is mine to feel and to face, before I hand it to you.
Compassion for the OtherMeeting my partner as a whole person, not a problem to solve.
SurrenderLetting go of control so something more alive than my plan can arrive.

What called me deeper was a longing — to unite spiritual and sexual energy, to release the shame so many of us carry, and to know in my own body that pleasure and desire are sacred when they are connected to our heart and our spirit. Because when our eros is alive in the heart and soul — with a beloved, or alone with ourselves — it becomes something holy: divine inspiration, creation, healing, vitality. It becomes the current of life.

The Practice

We don't talk our way into change. We feel our way.

These are the tools that transformed me — and the tools I now teach. Sacred practices thousands of years old, met with what we now understand about the nervous system. They are how the body releases an old pattern, remembers a new way of being, and becomes its brightest, most alive self.

Breath & SoundingMoving stuck emotion and energy through the body, out loud.
Parts WorkMeeting all of ourselves — every part, every protector — with love, and an invitation to integration.
Somatic ExperiencingLetting the nervous system complete what it once had to freeze.
Tantric & Taoist PracticeAncient wisdom for circulating life force, breath, and desire.
Pleasure as PracticeYour eros is creation energy. Beyond meeting and soothing yourself, you learn to direct that life force — toward healing, vitality, deeper connection, and the life you long to create.
Yoni & ErosReclaiming the body's deep, sacred wisdom as a portal to aliveness.
Joy & PlayLaughter, play, and silliness — the truest sign of safety, and the spark of our brightest aliveness.
The Living Part

People don't just feel good with me. They feel good with themselves.

What I offer is not just techniques — it is an energy. Because I have lived this work, you can feel it: I radiate the vibrancy, the joy, the eros, and the love it makes possible. You are held inside a warmth that makes it safe to open. I feel you, and the words that move through me are uniquely true for you. People leave our work not only feeling good with me, but good with themselves — reunited with their own truth.

I am radically truthful — always with love and compassion — and I can hold your truth too, even the tender, edgy, hard-to-say parts, without flinching and without judgment. I know what it is to not feel safe, so I make very sure that you do.

I am also mama to two boys — one my non-speaking, autistic son, one of my life’s great teachers; the other deeply empathetic, truthful, thoughtful, courageous, and such a joy. I have walked through real trauma of my own, too. All of it taught me to stay calm in the heart of challenge, to lead by my own steady frequency rather than by fixing, and to meet another's pain with deep compassion and an unshakeable faith that they can rise.

Pain is the portal of transformation.

Because underneath everything, we long for the same thing — to be seen, to be heard, to be felt. To witness another person in their fullest self, and to be witnessed in mine, is the great honor of my life. And it ripples outward: when one person heals, their love heals; when a love heals, a family heals; and that is how a community — and perhaps even the world — finds its way back to connection.

I am here to help you remember who you are — to reclaim your sacred desire, and to step boldly and brightly into the fullest expression of yourself, for you and for your love. To be the catalyst in the current that lets you expand and deepen, on your own and together. I hold the certainty that you have the capacity to meet every feeling within you, and to be with whatever life brings — and the deep knowing that when you do, you will find that joy and pleasure were always all around you, the undercurrent of what is. When you can truly be present, with gratitude and trust, you will feel it: the exquisite bliss that is the frequency of us all.

Joy and pleasure are our birthright.

A Blessing

My prayer for you

That you feel the truth of who you are. That you let yourself be seen, and heard, and felt. That you find the courage to meet your life exactly as it is, with gratitude — the messy, the painful, the joyful, the glorious. And that your love becomes your greatest path of becoming.

If something in you recognized itself here, that is not an accident.

Trust your heart. When you are ready…
